It's not a vacuum problem. Removing fuel filler cap made no difference.

I'll get it towed and investigate starting at fuel tank. 

Can't do that where it sits at a truck stop. Hopefully they'll let her stay overnight. I'm having problems finding an appropriate tow before 9am tmw.  It's about 30 miles from home.
