I will be searching out a  good used Subaru engine. The choice is one
between 2000 and 2005 if possible. That choice has at the moment more to do
with simplicity of fuel injection than anything else. But if the price is
right, I might consider one of the more bullet proof earlier models that
did'nt use timing belts. It would be less HP, but at 125 hp would be very
acceptable. All input on my engine selections and any reliable sources
would be much appreciated.
