Add me to the list of people not receiving the list. I normally receive it
in digest form. The last one I received was the Oct. 30th edition on Nov.
1st (2 days late). I've made sure the list didn't end up in my spam folder.

I checked on the archives and it's not apparent to me what has been done to
fix the problem for others. Consider this my plea for assistance.
