Ned,
I don't know about that type. I didn't want to have to get a jack and jack up each wheel, so I went with these from Eastwood:
http://www.eastwood.com/eastwood-hydraulic-wheel-dolly-2pc-set.html?mrkgcl=764&mrkgadid={_mrkgadid}&rkg_id=h-80110d6fac9af11d2a61beca1b9e9531_t-1510805328&product_id={product_id}&adpos={adposition}&creative={creative}&device={device}&matchtype={matchtype}&network={network}&SRCCODE=PLA00020&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI56aWsJzC1wIVBrjACh2e6wAtEAQYASABEgLmqfD_BwE
You slide them around the wheel, then use the hydraulic jack that squeezes the roller arms together and picks the wheel up. It takes a bit of pumping for each one, but will lift each wheel by itself.
That price is for 2 only, so you'd have to double it to get a set of 4. Not cheap, but to me worth the added cost.

Anyone use wheel dollies and have likes or dislikes? I'm looking at ordering a set so I can make better use of our garage space. I don't know enough about them to know what matters. Something like this:
