new battery (6 weeks old): EverStart Plus Automotive Battery, Group Size

with engine running, I see 12.9 V (with an electronic reader plugged into
the utility outlet). Turning on headlights (60/55 W), drops it to 12.6 V.
Auxiliary lights (55 W) on, down to 12.3 and turning the auxiliary heater
on further down to 11.9 V.
That seems very low voltage? Any suggestions?
