you may want to remove the wiper arm and clean the grooves of the pivot real good and the grooves on the wiper arm too... a new and a good used wiper arm is a good idea only if their grooves are in good shape... - put it back on with a thin washer and tighten it moderately.. and give it test with water on the winshield (as lubricant) - if the test is good then tighten it some more and give the top of the nut (10mm) a few drop of Loctite dan
