Hi Dave,
I Asked Alexa how far I am from Bolton Valley and she said 113 miles as the crow flies. I’m near Bennington Vt.
I guess that is a ski area but I’m not familiar with it.
I’m planning to snow shoe my new favorite VW camping area but right now it is too darn cold to even consider it.
So, I’m using a little of my vacation time to sort out camping gear. Time to let go of my old heavy items and use the lighter new ones. How many large D Cell battery flash lights does one blind guy need?
Best,
Eric Caron

Well, it's the 28th and I'm only catching up, but I'm getting some messages from Gerry. Not filling my in box like before, but might be due to less use.
Right now, wife Diane is looking up Everglades and Florida Keys potential trip in Oct. 2018. 1st daughter getting married on Memorial Day 2018 so that counts out spring trips.
The Bus (87 Westie) is running well, although I have a few things to chase down, as always.
BTW, Eric, Diane and I are looking at Bolton Valley the 4th week of January. Where are you in relation to that. We are also doing some snow shoeing.

OK it is Friday!
Even better I have a snow day from my work at a Vermont school. Even better I have new snow shoes so once things settle I’ll go out to my new favorite VW camping location and hike around the Greylock mountain trails.
But, as it is Friday. And, as we have had uncertainty on list contacts. How about folks checking in to let us know you are out there?
Eric Caron, here in southern VT Dreaming about having my van back and summer adventures. already looking up dates for the camping schedule.
