no that tank is NOT pressurized, it's an overflow tank. The 2-way blue cap
dumps some coolant in it when the pressure exceeds the limit and it sucks
the coolant back in when the pressure went under the limit. It's OK to
drive long distance without the cap but keep an eye on it every time you
have chance.
