*"it's a bit hard to get to 2nd from 1st gear"* meaning it's on right spot
but it doesn't go in all the way so I have push hard on the lever to get
the 2nd engaged.

*"It is very easy to get the Rear Shift Linkage Carrier Mispositioned"*. I
suspect that too but the new cup has no orientation... so I gave the
mechanic the old cup (which is still good" to put it on instead of the new
one
