One of the "trade offs" renting this cottage and shop space is the long
relatively steep curvy driveway and being some what snow bound as a result.
But then public transit goes right by the place. However......

Right now I'm thinking:  "Syncro"    ;)

Wouldn't snow once or twice a year justify the purchase?
