You are probably right about the Heli-Coil. You should have seen from
my previous post on the list that the universe has given me a reprieve.
Anyhow, I have much worse problems now that you'll see if you read my
post titled "Friday: Repair Dispute in Albuquerque."

I had an oil drain thread insert in one of my vans. It looks to me that
your helicoil threads are starting to come out or apart. I never saw the
insert threads I installed look this way.
