I’ve been trying to determine why my valve doesn’t seem to be vibrating on a 1989 2.1 auto Westy.
I have performed the “function” check in sec. 24.53 and checks fine. Additionally, the idle valve functions using a ‘test box’ designed to operate it. Also, Peter at VanCafe loaned me a new Stabilizer Module a while back to see if that was the issue...it wasn’t.
I was going to perform the 2nd check “regulator”, however I am unsure about the step where one connects the multimeter with adapter to idle stabilizer valve #1 in the photo. Problem is the photo shows the O2 sensor and not the valve.
Not sure how to proceed.
