I have never seen a decent one (stock, there are several heavy, expensive
alternatives) in my 15 years of looking. Let me know if you find a source.
I ended up taking a bashed one and beating it out on a wooden bench with
wooden blocks and a sledge hammer. Looks good but if I could find a perfect
one I would prefer it.
