Howdy all

Planning an XC trip in the next year back to the northeast, where I grew up, and wanted to know the experiences people had with the Baltimore Harbour tunnel on 95 along with the Port Authority and TBTA tunnels through Manhattan.  

Should I just plan on taking 695 around Baltimore? If that’s the case it will probably be the Chesapeake BBT and skip DC.  And for NYC, just do the Goethals and Verizano to Long Island?  Probably will take the ferry off the island to CT as I hated the east river crossings 25 years ago, and hate them more now.
