The wife and I are heading out West this spring to visit friends in Mesa AZ, do the Grand Circle and surrounding area, Rocky Mtns. and a wedding in Ft. Collins. When I do the switch is still to be determined, since only a whine now exists, maybe in 1st and 2nd. So my question is, what is the list feeling on tranny rebuilders? I am aware of more than a few, and have some possible favorites, but I want to know what others have experienced. 75K seems pretty slim to me. I was expecting/hoping for twice that. Maybe that's unrealistic for a rebuild. On the other hand, it's only $ .031per mile.

Put a AA Trany in My Vdubaru in Late May 2010 @ 144702, It began to Whine about 54000Mi's later in Mid 2015 ~
Now, with 78000Mi's on It, It is still Whining Along & Otherwise Performing Just Fine ~ No idea what the source is of the
Whine or what caused it ( Very Possibly some crazy task I asked It to do ) > No Neg's on AATranys from Me ~
I am considering a trip to SE Oregon in Mid Apr pulling a Raft Trailer so am also considering a Trany Swap before
that trip & will Most Likely be getting the Rebuild from MrGas in ColoSprings ~ Have dealt with Him a Bunch on Tranys
for Van Rehabs & So Far So Good ~ He seems to do Great Work & is convenient for Us here in ABQ ~
