>  Cleaning the joints: two joints will stack in a tin coffee can. Cover over with lacquer thinner. With gloves, flip all 4 (two cans) after an overnight soak. Pour off the dirty thinner every day or so and re-cover with fresh, flipping all four every morning. In three or four days you can take out your four shiny joints. No mess, no rags.
