I was practicing with a regular soldering gun and destroy a couple bulbs already... You're pointing at the right direction for all of us the share... :-) thanks for the tip... dan On Sun, Mar 24, 2019 at 7:13 AM Dennis Haynes <d23haynes57@hotmail.com> wrote: > As an option look for the bulbs-sockets that will fit the das opening but > have connections for connecting wires and then simply hardwire them. > > Dennis > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Vanagon Mailing List <vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com> On Behalf Of Dan N > Sent: Thursday, March 21, 2019 4:35 PM > To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > Subject: Re: Electrical conductive paste or glue/adhesive > > thanks all for the help... > > it's nice to get rid of the blue foil and get a kit to replace it, but... > the blue foil still working good except the lights problem... but here's > the thing, I have more than one van and replacing the blue foil on all the > vans it's quite costly... > > > > On Wed, Mar 20, 2019 at 4:53 PM Richard Koerner <rjkinpb@sbcglobal.net> > wrote: > > > At first I was thinking of something like adhesive copper foil...from > > McMaster-Carr.
