The ones in the ad are mine. They are lasercut from 12-gauge stainless steel. That’s the same material used for your typical pots and pans at home. Very easy to clean. They are made thick enough to survive the heat without any noticeable warping. Pic show one glowing cherry red because someone wanted to test, if they would warp. Still looked intact after that.

I have nearly 1,000 of these in service now. Haven’t had any complaints yet.
