My cluster was misbehaving this week in the heat and humidity … little things like the turn-signal/hazards and high beam indicators not lighting. I looked at a ’90 Westy in MTL a few years ago which had been converted to an 1.9 TDi and had the accompanying Mk III instrument cluster fitted into the dash. Is there anyone who provides this as a service or makes a kit? Getting clusters from Mk III (or IV) jetta/golf is still pretty easy. > On 21-Jul-2019, at 13:35, Jeff Palmer <w.jeff.palmer@ICLOUD.COM> wrote: > > Hi - I have an 85 Westfalia in need of a new circuit board. I’m looking at both the Vanagon.org <http://vanagon.org/> and Gowesty.com <http://gowesty.com/> models, and while they both appear to function properly I’m wondering about the ‘intangibles.’ For example, the Vanagon.org model uses LED lights I believe. I kinda like the hazy yellow glow currently (or liked before I lost those lights!) and don’t want bright white lights. Maybe gowesty.com <http://gowesty.com/> is the same with LEDs? Not sure. > > I have a Canadian model so no OXS light if that matters. > > I’m not sure if I ever had an oil pressure buzzer.
