update... I adjusted the front of the sliding door (right side if facing it from outside) up to correct alignment, the door waistline is now in line with the body waistline (on the front)... I took the bottom roller assembly and compared with the one from another van... on the other van the bottom of the aluminum bottom roller assembly was grinded/filed flat... the one that rubs against the frame was not and it's thicker on one end... so I file it flat and it doesn't rub against the frame anymore... now I have adjust the rear (left side) of the door... dan dan On Sun, Sep 1, 2019 at 11:49 AM Dan N <dn92610@gmail.com> wrote: > sorry forgot mentioning it's a '89 tintop... > the sliding door was misaligned front and back... so replaced all the > rollers, clean lube the tracks thinking it helps the alignment but it's > not... the door closes and opens much smoother and quieter but the > alignment is still off... and also front bottom roller assembly (the > aluminum piece w. 2 roller one vertical and one horizontal) rubs against > the frame near the end. > > thanks > > dan > > On Sun, Sep 1, 2019 at 11:34 AM Dennis Haynes <d23haynes57@hotmail.com> > wrote: > >> What year!
