I remember having seen this device on my Dad's Renault car (it was long
ago)... the fuel line goes from the tank to a glass jar then to the fuel
pump then to the carb. Time to time my Dad unclip the glass jar and clean
when he sees some dirt/water in there at the bottom of jar..
