hi all,

after installing new rocker arms and adjusting the preload by a mechanic,
the valves on my 2.1 WBX are noisy when warm.... now I am thinking about
adding 1/2 turn to the preload (bringing them to 2 turns).
do I have to bring the piston to TDC, reset and re-adjust or could I just
open the valve cover and add 1/2 turn? (not bringing the piston to TDC)
