Subject:Fuse Box Confustion

I have a 1985 Westfalia. The van has a 12 torpedo fuse box. Next to that is
a 3 blade fuse box, 10, 25, and 20 amps. I don't see any other fuse box. My
setup looks like the pushticat's at about 3/4 of the way down the page at

The van came with AC, and the manual says there are two fuses for that, 20
and 25 amp. My owners manual says the "Additional fuses" box has 4 fuses:
8, 8, 16, and 8 amp.

My rear wiper doesn't work and I'm trying to trace down the problem by
checking if I'm even getting power to the fuse, but I don't know which
one it is. What are these 3 blade fuses for?
