I am going by a Bentley I purchased new earlier this year.  Editorial date is
07/1991

I am looking at the electrical diagrams on Pages 97.201 to 97.218 and there does
not seem to be a good explanation of why the items whose power goes through
those fuses (front heater fan, rear heater fan, A/C fan, for example) are not
working.  Everything else electrical appears to be working correctly.  Is there
an explanation for these two circuits not working.
