As I recall, one is 18" and one is 19"......but I could be wrong. They definitely are two different sizes. At least on the '86, '89 and '91 that I owned.

Sheesh, I’m not very observant. Taking apart a spare pair of wiper arms for blasting and powdercoat, noticed they are different lengths and different lengths between bends. All these years and only now saw this :-)
