my experience regarding the sliding door fall off is the rear hinge rollers
are worn. Once I replace the top and bottom rollers but not the rear. I
tested a few times open and close... seems fine and then suddenly the
sliding door drops on the floor.. the rear hit the floor first and the
whole door came off...
