Subject:Re: Coolant Hoses, Complete Set -- Remove and Replace

To make removal of old hoses easier, use something narrow (small
phillips head screwdriver?) to lift hose a little, spray some wd40,
work tool around to help fluid to seep in. Some would cut off the old
hoses but some may be good to keep as spares or give to someone who
has a van with really old hoses.

The pipe/hose under the crank pulley can be tricky. There should be
tips on that in archives. If the steel pipes on engine are not heavily
pitted (thin at spots) from corrosion, strip and paint them, if
needed. I used a hight temp rated spray paint on mine.

Will you be replacing the coolant "tower" manifold and plastic nipple
at passenger side head?

Neil.
