Years ago I had a little truck and the plate came as BFF998  Well we were Best Friendss Forever for a little while, and it was a 1998.

My current plate letters sound like Effects E and it does effect me in a happy way.

The last three numbers exactly correlate to the three letters of my initials. 

Coincidence?  I think not!
