I just bought a dark blue '91 Carat and the paint is dull flat. The clear
coat is gone completely. I may be able to salvage the paint but I'm in over
my head. I want to try still. How would the list propose that I start. This
thing will be a pretty dark blue gem if the paint can be restored.
