Hi folks,

On my table metal leg there is a hole that looks like it might line up with the end of the bolt when the table tightened.  Mine won’t line up as the leg is a bit high as I have a adaptor at the foot with a metal pipe that allows me to raise the table high. 

But, is that hole for locking the table in place so it doesn’t swing out? 

If so Would a few holes drilled in a line down the leg give you options for table hight and lock in position?

Anyone else have that hole in the table leg?
