Sorry jack, you’re wrong :-)

Needs metal welded in. Has seat belt mount there. Flex seal ain’t gonna fix that. And all the rust has ti come out. Any left in there , covered by flex seal, will rust away.

Besides, bet it wasn’t a steel boat patched with flex steel …..
