Subject:Re: power banks for Vanagon travel and camping

Thanks to everyone who responded. FWIW, considering all advice received, I
have ordered an Anker 26800 + 45 PD battery. If works as claimed, and as
reviewed (for what those are worth) it should handle us for perhaps two
weeks off grid. We are not concerned about phones, usually no service at
our favored camping locations anyway. Bonnie's insulin pump is what
matters. And of course, we can always return to grid if need be, or charge
off the van. We are still looking at bigger options to provide additional
power for other purposes. The Anker also meets the TSA requirements for
carry on, though not for checked, baggage. mcneely
