When I had a 1.9 in my '85, the inlet to Air Cleaner went trough a port hole, on Passenger Side, a black Fibreboard Cover. Does anyone know what was the intended purpose of this cover? There was never a cover on opposite Driver Side. Maybe for the biggest chance of clean cool air into motor?
