David, send an email to listserv@gerry.vanagon.com (this is different from the Vanagon list address). Leave the subject empty and put "QUERY VANAGON" (without the quotes) in the body of the email. You should receive a reply very quickly, copy the contents of that email back to the list so we can see what your settings are.
