I have a good used brown Power Steering wheel in North Kitsap County. Free if you pick up. Zero interest in selling or shipping.

I'm wondering, would it be possible to get it I to the hands of someone in New York that is possibly traveling west, even one state, and then someone else etc to make its way across the country. It's arrival destination is Washington state.
