Hi all,

        I’m reserving impression until I get hands on experience. 

As for size I had a related conversation with a VW dealer.  I said I didn’t love our new Toyota Rav 4 prime mainly because it was longer and wider than my Vanagon but didn’t have a lot of interior room.  I thought the design was silly.

        His answer was.  Cars are now a safety capsule.  That missing room is so that people inside are safe. 

        This is a good observation. 

        I love my Vanagon and its use of space.  And, it is not super unsafe, but not anything like the safety capsule of a new vehicle.
 I suspect this impacts the space in the IDBuzz. 

Still with clever engineering maybe we can get that little van into a comfortable small camper mode, fingers crossed.
