It would be the right rear light you would check.

But the left side's bulb is fine and flashes at a 'normal' rate.
I think I've got the wires hooked up correctly though I'm not certain. Is there any other reason this signal light might be flashing too fast? It is the correct bulb -- got a new one from my FLAPS and no difference.
