Out here in So. Cal. where everyone commutes seven hours a
day to/from work, we have carpool/vanpool sites.  These are
located in Malls, next to freeways, or where transportation
buses begin/end.  Your allowed to leave vehicles overnight
so I don't see any reason why you couldn't sleep in your
wheels (if you don't mind the lights).
