Actually, I have it on VERY good info the following: (1) Solar cells need only be roughly 17% efficent to charge a battery (2) The cut-off circuit is quite simple (3) Solar cells *may* be obtainable as free samples. I'll give more details later when I learn more. Stuart Hutton
