I'm bringing my 12 year old daughter.  Was kinda thinking about
bringing Phoebe the little dog, too.

There is so far a strong preference for Pfeiffer (= no hookups),
so in the meantime, I think I'm going to go to REI and look for
some expedition-weight thermals!
