Sorry Gilbert, I must also report that salt is being used more heavily in 
Winnipeg (Manitoba) as well.  Any time the temp. gets above -10c, the 
roads are wet.  I dare not drive my bus until the spring rains have fallen.  

Rust covered...and hoping to see another season.
