Actually barndoor pickup is a misnomer.  They didn't have the
big engine lids, like their bus counterparts, but were
nevertheless called barndoors, and have the other barndoor
features, ie. lack of ventilation system,  the semaphores,
different dash, pedals, yadayadayadayada.
