  Well perhaps the people that want a newsgroup can go start one and 
reduce the volume for those of us that still like the mailing list.  I 
like the mailing list because it has a far better signal to noise ratio.
This post not withstanding of course.  And this discussion was a topic 
about 4 months ago.
