I have the Oettinger lamps, and I'd recommend getting the Projectzwo lamps.
 These install without cutting your van, and seem to blend in better with
the van grill.

The owner of BlueStuff has a pair, and they're very nice.  Unfortunately, I
forget his name :-(  Does anyone remember?
