Subject:Strange problem

When I've been on a long (> 40 minutes) freeway trip, If I try to shift into
reverse, I can't do it without lots of gear grinding. (Like the clutch is not
releasing 100%) When cold there is no such problem.

Any ideas? Time for a new clutch?
