Ouch!

Talk about ruining your day. Yesterday my wife backed my 86 Westfalia out of the

dirveway and slammed into the guard rail accross the street.  Bent the hell out
of the bumper, smashed the end cap and crunched the corner of the quarter panel
pretty badly.  Just missed the tail light lens.

Any suggestions? I have an extra end cap for that side, what about the bumper?

And - any ideas/experience with the body work + painting?
