Drop the spare tire in front - if it's mounted properly in the tray,
there's a nice pocket there above the center of the wheel, & sheet metal
available to screw the siren to.  Also, I'd recommend putting an additional
siren *inside* the vehicle to seriously distract anyone who forges on
beyond the outside siren - which everyone will ignore anyway!!
