Normal subscribers (non-digest):

    If you're getting normal mailings, then send the following message to
    'listserv@gerry.sdsc.edu':

         set vanagon nomail

    When you return from vacation, send the following message to the same
    address:

         set vanagon mail

Digest subscribers:

    If you're getting digested mailings, then send the following message
    to 'listserv@gerry.sdsc.edu':

         set vanagon nodigest nomail

    When you return from vacation, send the following message to the same
    address:

         set vanagon digest
