On Fri, 19 Dec 1997 08:30:47 Charles "Blinky" Taft queried: >when your blinker gets slow, how much fluid do you add and where is a >good place to get it from?? i, personally, use only the Bosch Unreconstituted Larval Lacquer (also known as Special Hydroscopic Interval Tachofluid), made from teeeeenie tiiiiinie little insect larva of the dungheaps of Patagonia). it's the only thing that seems to keep my blinkers working properly. i usually add about 75-80 gallons every couple of weeks ... or, to put it into European terms, about 1.2 - 1.3 hogsheads/fortnight. it kinda depends on how much and how fast i've driven the past few weeks. the faster i go, and the longer i stay at that speed, the slower the blinker gets (see Einstein, A. treatise on Relativity), and the more fluid i have to add. if i exceed 268,800 furlongs per fortnight, then the amount of fluid consumed by the blinkers really gets annoying and i have to stop much more often to refill the entropy reservoir. i get mine from my local government store ... you can always find a lot of BULL in stock there. :) joel
