Subject:Re: Installing a Secondary Battery

I just finished putting an aux battery in the lower compartment to the left
of the fridge. This space is just the right size to accomodate a group 24
battery with a battery case. This gives about 80 Amp-hours of capacity.
There's enough room in the space for wiring and any odds and ends you might
be putting in the aux power system. Quite a bit more work than using the
space under the seat, but I was never able to find a battery with decent
capacity that would fit in this space.
